Transfer Services

- Proper transferring and positioning from or into beds and chairs
- Helping someone transfer using a slide board
- Transferring someone using a mechanical lift
- Turning someone in bed
Ambulating Services
We want to take care of your loved one so that staying home is still an option. Our committed team of caregivers is knowledgeable in providing ambulation help and supervision to help ensure fall risk is minimal. We can help with:
- Reminding a patient to use assistive devices such as a cane or walker
- Providing support while walking in and outside of the home
- Tying shoes and making sure your loved ones are properly dressed so the risk of falls is reduced
- Identifying signs and symptoms of further deterioration
